Sialkot Kharian Infrastructure Management Private Limited (SKIM (Pvt) Ltd) is a Special Purpose Vehicle Company (SPVC) with its registered office in Rawalpindi, Punjab and is a entirely owned subsidiary of Frontier Works Organization (FWO). The company has been formed for the purpose of Construction and Operation/Maintenance of Sialkot Kharian Motorway, which is a 6 Lanes, 69 Kms connecting Sialkot (Sambrial) to Kharian at N-5. SKIM was incorporated as a Private Limited Company as per Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) regulations on 2 September 2021. Sialkot Kharian Motorway (SKM) Project was awarded to SKIM Pvt Ltd under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) regime on Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis. Formal PPP Agreement was signed between SKIM (Pvt) Ltd and National Highway Authority (NHA) on 13 September 2021 for a concession period of 25 years and later amendment to PPP agreement was signed on 9 February 2026.

Motorway is an extension of Lahore – Sialkot Motorway which will be
